St. Ann's is located on 17-92 across from the new Walmart Neighborhood Store in Debary.

You can also enter from Dogwood Trail in Debary. 

From the North
If traveling on I-4
 

• take exit 111B/
  Orange City.
• You will then be on Saxon Blvd.
• Take Saxon Blvd until it  ends at 17-92.
• Make a left on 17-92/Charles Beall Blvd.

From the South
If traveling on I-4
 

• 1-4 East towards Daytona.
• Take exit 104 to merge onto FL-15 N/​FL-600 E/​US-17 N/​US-92 E/​W Seminole Blvd
• Continue to follow FL-15 N/​FL-600 E/​US-17 N/​US-92 E
• Turn left onto Dogwood Trail.
